Definitions:
"the website" is www.digiphotoservices.co.uk and it's sub pages.
Our only business purpose is the marketing and printing (and associated services like CDs) of photographic services.
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. The price you pay, is the price in effect at the time of payment. Greenlight Healthcare Ltd is not responsible for typographical errors.
See Postage for prices for delivery and individual service pages for service time, if for any reason we cannot send your purchase within a reasonable time, we will contact you to let you know the expected dispatch date.
Returning faulty or damaged goods
Purchases are packaged with due care, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement. Please also e-mail us at the time of receipt to indicate damage, so we can investigate. We will compensate your postage costs.
Returning goods after changing your mind
The Distance Selling Regulations, says you may return any* item for any reason within 7 working days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
*The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts for:
- goods made to the customer's specification eg Photographic orders
- perishable goods (flowers, fresh food)
- CDs, DVDs, and tapes with software, audio or video if unsealed
- newspapers and magazines
- betting, gaming and lotteries
Due to the personal and non-sellable condition of personal photographs we can NOT accept returns of photographic services if you change your mind about an image. Therefore please ensure when you request a service for an image file, that - It is the correct image, the image quality is suitable for the service required (eg low quality is not suitable for enlargement and will appear "grainy"), and you have requested the right quantity.
Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer when changing your mind. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packed in such a way to avoid damage, if we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging by the purchaser, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.
Representation of Goods on the website
The pictures on the website give a good representation of the items, but remember digital photography and display on computer screens do not always accurately represent how the item may appear in real life.
